【Operating Procedure】 1. Open the engine cover and remove the inlet manifold to expose the throttle； 2. Unplug the control connector and compare with the supplied quick-connect fittings； 3. Verify that the motor control PIN on the control connector and the accessory connector are the same； 4-1. Plug the Host and clip on batteries, and adjust the switch knob to the bottom so that the throttle is fully open； 4-2. If the throttle makes sound but does not open, please press the reverse button of JTC-6021 to open the throttle； 5. Use the specialized detergent to clean the throttle. ※Please note that Product includes cables for most of the commercially available models, but they may not suitable for special models.

• 【The confirmation of control motor PIN】 There are two sets of thicker PIN wires on the vehicle end connector for the input power of motor. In order to properly control the valve and minimize unnecessary failures, the corresponding quick-connect motor PIN (red and blue) must match the motor PIN on the vehicle end connector. Please note that incorrect power PIN may cause the throttle TPS to burn out.
• 【TIP】Basically, the motor PIN of the quick connector will match the corresponding vehicle end connector. However, in case each manufacturers may not use single specification of throttle and the wiring may also be changed, it is still necessary to confirm if they are match before connecting to VAT-520.
